Course Description
This course is aimed at anyone working in a customer facing roll at any workshop, who may not have come from a mechanical or technical background.
Candidates will be introduced to the basics of vehicle systems, to give them confidence when booking vehicles in and enabling them to get as much detail as possible from customers before vehicle arrives in the workshop.
This course is suitable for
Any service reception or parts staff who have not come from a technical or mechanical background.

- Brakes noises & warnings; Tyres & TPMS

- Importance of correct servicing schedules
- Suspension set ups & possible issues
- Battery issues & EV’s
- Warning lights on dash
- Dealing with customers
Course Duration: Half Day
Assessment
There is no assessment for this course but candidates will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
